Labour Day Public Holiday Closure – 10/3/2014

Please be advised that due to the gazetted Labour Day public holiday in Victoria Montimedia and our Support Desk will be closed on Monday 10th March 2014.

For emergency assistance that needs attending to very urgently during the Monday public holiday, you can contact the Montimedia emergency support service by calling our normal after hours support line 1300 659 992. This call back service will be monitored between the hours of 10am and 4pm AEDST.

Outside these hours you can Email Support via our Contact Page which is also monitored for assistance during this public holiday. More Info

We will resume our normal operating hours on the 11th March at 0900am (AEDT)

Outage Notification – Glenlyon Exchange 04/03/2014 – Closed

At 10:43 we noticed a number of connections off the Glenlyon exchange become disconnected. The stability of the exchange has been lacking since it was struck by a major lightning event back in January.

We have escalated this to our upstream carrier as a matter of urgency for investigation and follow up.

One of our upstream carriers is currently having a nationwide outage. This fault is impacting multiple DSL services. Network Engineers are currently investigating the fault however there is no ETR at the moment. We will keep customers updated when more information is available from carrier.
