We have a large number of ADSL and PSTN faults that have not been resolved within the standard timeframes due to mass disruptions and high workloads in QLD and NSW.
Our carrier partner has also dispatched techs from around the country to these areas of high workload to support the tech located in these regions. As such this has affected the resolution times of faults in other areas of the country.
As commitments and appointments proceed past expected resolution dates, we escalate the fault with the carrier to ensure these are sent back to field for resolution.
We currently do have a number of faults awaiting to be rescheduled.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing our customers that do have existing service faults.
