We have been working hard to bring you a better version of the Mobile Broadband usage meter and it is all set to go.
As of now your usage for Mobile Broadband is LIVE - that is the current delays being experienced with usage information will no longer be an issue.
In order to activate this feature so that your usage meter is LIVE there will need to be some minor setting changes required to your Mobile Broadband connection.
We have laid out step by step instruction sheets to make these changes and the link to download the information is listed below.
** IMPORTANT ** Once these changes have been made to your configuration on your PC/MAC you will need to contact Support so that we can migrate your service to the new system.
From then on when you check your MBB usage it will be LIVE.
Just go to https://unite.montimedia.com.au/accountmanage/login.html or from the link on the Montimedia home page and enter your customer account number (printed on your invoice) then the
account toolbox password. This is generally going to be the same as your service password. If you do not have this password please contact our Support Staff and we can reset it for you.
Once logged in go to the SERVICES section and then select the MBB service.
You can then go to the USAGE section to check your up to date current and past usage.
