How does this changeover affect Cyberspace & CyberQ customers?

There will be a seamless transition for customers transferring from Cyberspace & CyberQ to Montimedia.

There will be no change to:

    * Current Cyberspace & CyberQ settings or start-up procedures
    * Current plans, pricing or conditions
    * Customer email addresses.

There will be some changes to:

    * Billing – your next bill will be from Montimedia as of 1 October 09
    * Payments – Credit Card Direct Debit customers will need to complete a new Direct Debit Authority form available from http://www.montimedia.com.au/support/forms/Direct_Debit.pdf or fill in your card details via your Account Toolbox.

Cyberspace & CyberQ Customer benefits

    * Continued high level of customer support – the NEW technical support number is 1300 79 49 69 and email contact is support@montimedia.com.au or via our contact form at https://montimedia.com.au/secure/contact.php
    * Access to a wider range of products and services including mobile phone, 3G mobile broadband, ADSL2+ and fixed line telephone bundling at competitive prices.
