Limitations on Sending E-Mail

The following limits apply with respect to the sending of e-mail from your Montimedia e-mail account. These rules are in place in order to help fight spam (i.e., unsolicited e-mail).
  • You may not include more than 100 recipients in a single email. Messages will not be sent to any recipients in excess of 100.
  • You may not exceed sending to 100 recipients every minute.

This does not affect your ability to receive email.

A suggestion would be to use an emailer program that would have no restrictions and more than likely yield better results in the long run with regards to deliveries. These setups do not use your email client at all but rather their own servers where you log in via the web and use their interface.

A couple of examples of these email marketing services are Vertical Response, Constant Contact or iContact.

If you are experiencing any other problems or have any questions please contact Support on  1300 79 49 69.

Regards,
The Montimedia Team
