Welcome SnowyNet Customers.  

We are pleased to announce that we have recently acquired the SnowyNet customer base and that as of 01 August 2008 we will be your Internet Service Provider.It has come as a surprise and the changeover has happened quickly but I can assure you that your best interests have been taken into consideration and that Montimedia was chosen as the best option to continue to provide you with a solid and reliable service.SnowyNet was attracted to Montimedia for many reasons but the aforementioned was the most important one.

Sadly the business will no longer be operating but SnowyNet will live on through Montimedia.

After Hours Emergency Support

New Number = 1300 659 992

Effective 01 June 2008

After some great feedback over the past 6 months and to better service our after hours EMERGENCY support for critical issues (being outside normal Support Centre 1300 79 49 69 Hours), we have altered the way in which calls are attended to.

We are continuously moving forward with our support efforts and in doing so we have incorporated an answering service to help handle the volume of after hour tech support calls.  With this service ALL calls will be answered and you will be asked to provide your name, telephone number where we can contact you after hours. A member of the after hours support team will then call you back to help resolve your problems.

The new number for after hours emergency technical support is 1300 659 992- THIS NUMBER IS FOR AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY SUPPORT ONLY!! That is outside normal office hours of 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday AEST. As always there is also our contact form for non-critical after hours support requests.

During normal business hours the number for technical support remains as 1300 79 49 69.  

We are excited about this service and look forward to better serving you all.

Montimedia Receives and Award for Business Excellence.

Specialist regional telecommunications company Montimedia based in Daylesford has taken out the Rotary Business Award for Excellence for 2008, recently presented at the Australia Day Eve Civic Reception in Daylesford.

“It’s a real honour to be acknowledged as a business that strives for excellence – we work hard at making sure we provide great customer service and network reliability - we are really thrilled to get this award” states Richard Monty. “We would like to thank the Rotary Club of Daylesford for running these awards allowing businesses and individuals to be recognised for their efforts in providing superior services to the community and beyond”.
