Let's get started with signing up to Montimedia Mobile Plan. This information is to get the ball rolling. A member of the Customer Care team will call you to discuss your application.
Is the mobile number you wish to port a pre-paid (top up) or post-paid (monthly account) service with your current provider?
Pre-paid services require a Date of Birth for authentication. In order to port the mobile number we require the Date of Birth associated with the service. Inaccurate information will delay or prevent the port process.
Post-paid services require the current account number for authentication. In order to port the mobile number we require the Account number associated with the service. Inaccurate information will delay or prevent the port process.
