We are pleased to announce that we have recently acquired the CXI customer base from Biztopia and that as of 01 June, 2013 we will be your Internet & Phone Provider.

It has probably come as a bit of a surprise and the changeover has happened quickly but I can assure you that your best interests have been taken into consideration and that Montimedia Internet was chosen as the best option to continue to provide you with solid and reliable services.

Biztopia was attracted to Montimedia Internet for many reasons but the aforementioned was the most important PLUS you can retain your email address and are not required to make any changes to your service connections at all.

Who is Montimedia?

Montimedia is an independently owned and operated Australian telecommunications company that specialises in providing services to regional and metro communities, both to households and to corporate markets. As a regional service provider, we understand that great customer service and network reliability is extremely important so we are happy to assure you that your connectivity and services will be fast, reliable and affordable. By way of background, we have been providing dependable, quality services to Australians & beyond since 1998, and we are thrilled to be able to provide the same level of customer satisfaction to you.

What Next?

The transition to Montimedia will be smooth and seamless – with little or no interruption at all. You are not required to make any changes at all to your ADSL, or Dialup services. If you collect your Email via Webmail you will now be collecting Email from our web site. See our dedicated CXI FAQ’s for further assistance & information.

CXI services will remain the same as they are now except that Montimedia will be billing for the services in place of Biztopia.

A Bit of Housekeeping!

You will obviously now receive invoices from Montimedia Internet. These will be emailed out to you on or around the 1st of each month for the month in advance. Our payment details are all listed on our invoice sent to you. IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE – If you were paying your account via credit card we will need to have you sign a new direct debit form and send it back to us for our records. If your account was in credit at the time of transfer that has been moved over to your new Montimedia Internet account. Your rates and plans will be remaining as they are.

The national office and general sales & support number will now be 1300 79 49 69. Please refer to our  FAQ section for more detailed updates and general information about the CXI change.

Montimedia Internet is able to offer you additional products such as NBN, internet & phone bundles, Mobile, 3G Mobile Broadband and the Super Fast ADSL2+ broadband. We have a dedicated customer Portal site, where you have one place for all the information regarding your account at your finger tips. This information will be sent out to you after you receive your first invoice.
